A man from the
Navajo Nation has been charged with murdering his cousin.
Federal prosecutors say Harris Joe Thinn, 23, stabbed Orlando Thinn, 22, to death on December 11, 2010. The incident occurred on the Utah portion of the reservation.
Harris Joe Thinn has pleaded not guilty to a charge of second-degree murder.
